I’m delighted to publish the Part 1 of this pair of interviews. Charlie Chittenden is a talented artist, musician and song-writer, who also works 50 hours a week in an EMI unit. He has sold over 350 of his oil paintings throughout the world since 2009. In this first of a pair of films, he talks about how he started to paint, some of the unusual people he has sold to and what he gets out of his art. You can find Part 2 here.
This was one of the interviews I filmed in 2013 with people in my home town as part of the Local Heroes project.
